BBB 3.0.10: Audio breaks/choppy with 90 people (60 on webcam)

Hello BBB Team,

Server Instance - c6a.8xlarge (32core/64gb)

BBB Version - 3.0.10

Additional Settings:

1. Defaulted webcam to "Low", removed rest options from the menu.

2. Added maxNumberOfWebcams as 10

3. autoAdjustBitrate is set to true

4. webcamsOnlyForModerator is set to true

We conducted a test with 90 people and 60 were on webcam, we found following issues:

1. Audio is choppy / robotic and not at all clear.

2. The moment when a person is promoted to Moderator we see "Connection Failure (ICE error 1107), audio connection is gone and restored in about 60 seconds. 

We are using the Turn server as well.

Kindly help suggest if there any settings that can be tweaked on the Freeswitch / Mediasoup side to improve the quality.
