installing html5 client on my server

how do i install BBB html5 client on my server and i need to change the welcome page can you please guide me here, is there a way i can go directly to html5 screen instead on the login page if i send a url to the participant, example i logged in as a teacher i will send a url to student who when he clicks the url will take html directly to the html5 session page and not to the join page.

i presume the html client is build using react i am new to it so is there a guide which can help  me here.

also the voice breaks or is weak over large distance say between one country to another any suggestions how i can get more clarity in voice.
