how to install scalelite (relatively) easy?

Hi,

i tried to install scalelite and since "everything on one box" fits my
use case tried to follow

but sadly the compose from https://github.com/jfederico/scalelite-run
only works on the 1.0-stable branch that installs rather old versions of
... everything.

for the master branch the init-letsencrypt is completely b0rked.

is there another installation guide that ends up with a working setup i
can use as a base?

the ansible roles don't really fit my ansible policies, and the regular
installation instructions is barely a skeleton of what to do ...

so far i neded up using the fork from
https://github.com/ebbba-org/scalelite-run (tag v1.1)

they also got ansible-roles that look pretty reasonable at a quick
glance if anyone needs :-)
