BBB 3.0.12 does not record drawings

Hello Community,

I have a fresh installation of BBB 3.0.12 and everything works fine except one - the recorded presentation (HTML5) does not show drawings at all. I checked events.xml and also tldraw.json and they both look good. Also, video (mp4) shows these drawings. 

Where to look at?

Now I see that the browser does not even GET tldraw.json. I checked that the /var/bigbluebutton/published/presentation/<presentation_id>/tldraw.json exists, but is not mentioned anywhere in metadata.xml. 

Should I reinstall certain packages?
