First of all I apologize for opening a new discussion, but I'm facing a crazy situation.

I have configured a server with https for running BBB, and everything works fine with the exception of WebRTC on desktop client. It works fine in HTML5 client. You can test it at http://conferencias.falcorp.net

First I thougt that maybe it could be some issue with the network of the datacenter that could be blocking in some manner the UDP ports, so I hired a new server with another provider and made a fresh installation of BBB. At this time, I have only installed the BBB desktop on HTTP protocol, and tested with Firefox, but again I'm getting the "Error 1004: Failure on call (reason=SIP Failure Code)" message.  As I haven't modified anything on this server, I don't know where to start to find why WebRTC is not working in either of my servers.

The URL of this 2nd. server is http://vconf.falcorp.net

Can someone help me to isolate and solve this issue?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi German,

Good talking with you directly.  Your server at

is working fine with SSL.  I was able to connect in both FireFox and Chrome.  In working with you, it appears that your computer has troubles connecting.  We noticed there was an error in the FreeSWITCH log when you connected

2016-07-26 22:36:28.643177 [ERR] switch_core_media.c:5843 AUDIO RTP REPORTS ERROR: [Remote Address Error!]

In testing, we tried another computer on your network (also running Windows 10) and it was able to connect to the above server without error.

With the above testing, it looks like the BigBlueButton server is fine, your network connection is fine, and the issue is now with your computer (and perhaps how it is connected to the network).

If you find any differences in your testing, please let us know.  The good news is others should be able to connect to your server and use BigBlueButton.

Regards,... Fred
