this feature exists in mconf-live since 6/2014, works great. any moderator
can promote/demote from users window.

MConf Live is a fork of BigBlueButton and lots of good items get
contributed back into the core.

We've not integrated the promotion of user to moderators yet, but it's good
to see it already implemented.
