Using BBB with Canvas:

I record a presentation. The list of presentations shows the presentation,
but next to it, it says 'no recordings'.

It never says processing video or other language.

Approximately twenty minutes later, it shows there is a recording. The
recordings are all either 3 or 6 seconds in length.

I click on the presentation and then click on 'view'. This takes me to a
page that says 'initializing recording'. It will stay on this page for
hours and never do anything.

What is going on here?

I'm using WIN 7 with Firefox.
