What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a meeting with a very long meeting name
2. Make your browser window 800px wide

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The meeting name in the top toolbar should be truncated to fit the
available space. Instead the meeting name stays at full length and it
causes the Flash content to expand beyond the bounds of the browser window.
