I have created a meeting.But I can't join that meeting because createTime
is mismatched. I have passed createTime parameter value as Unix timestamp.
Can you please help me? Where Do I make mistake?

This likely isn't a bug in BigBlueButton but rather a error in
implementation of the API calls. Post your question to

and the community will help you out. If, at the end, we determine there is
a bug with BigBlueButton, we'll open a new issue to track it.
