Only sending new user signup and other notifications to a single admin

Good afternoon all,

We have a few administrators set up in our greenlight who get confused when they receive email notifications about things that don't really want to know about, but the main administrators do. Is there any way to customise notifications so that they don't get sent to all administrators?
