Please add static-sip-pin-fork to greenlight main-version

Hi to the list,

currently, greenlight doesn't offer the ability to provide static-sip-pins for dial-in-users. Meaning, in every new conference with dial-in-feature enabled, there is a different pin in the same room. There is a phantastic greenlight-fork, providing static pins: https://github.com/SebastianAppDev/greenlight/tree/SIP

At the moment, it is difficult to stay synchronized with latest greenlight. So please, could you add this fork to the main-branch, so that everyone can benefit from this feature?
