Hello,

does anyone else have udp errors in netstat -s like this?
# netstat -s |grep -E '^[^[:space:]]|error|total packets'
Ip:
   54452016 total packets received
Icmp:
IcmpMsg:
Tcp:
Udp:
   516 packet receive errors
   516 receive buffer errors
   7668 send buffer errors
UdpLite:
TcpExt:
IpExt:
Sctp:

I checked my other linux system (without BBB) and they don't have errors.

Is it normal? Does someone else have the problem?

But no problems with conferences ;-)

Thanks!

Bye

I googled a lot a didn't find a solution.

Can someone (with bare metal server(s)) take a look to netstat -s if there are also send buffer errors? Would be great! Then I know if my system/HW has a problem or it's more general.

I only found via google the "solution" to modify those parameters:
sysctl net.core | grep mem

IMHO you will get bufferbloat which makes everything worse.

Thanks!
