Greenlight 404 Not Found nginx/1.10.3 (Ubuntu) error after creating admin user

Greenlight started displaying 404 error after upgrading trying to create admin user via this command

docker exec greenlight-v2 bundle exec rake user:create["name","email","password","user"]

Error response from daemon: Container 55bf75a792c38b1a5cf8159523bb28ed43f41cce09a54dc293f855ff08fbbbff is not running

Can you send me the output of "docker ps"?

Did you do a docker-compose up -d after you completed the update?

yes i did i even re installed the greenlight but the message still appears

docker-compose down
ERROR:
Can't find a suitable configuration file in this directory or any
parent. Are you in the right directory?

Supported filenames: docker-compose.yml, docker-compose.yaml

You need to "cd ~/greenlight" and then run "docker-compose down" and "docker-compose up -d"

What the output of ls -al ? Its complaining that there is no docker-compose.yml which means the installation wasn't done correctly

Its now ok i just updated it and everything went back to normal even though i had to start adding users afresh
