I can see the API Mate and the list of APIs, but when I click on any API, I receive the error: '502 Bad Gateway nginx'. Could you please advise on what and where I need to check to resolve this issue?
On our hosted BigBlueButton server, we are seeing the following message: 'Welcome to nginx! If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working. Further configuration is required.

I am an administrator of a MoodleCloud site that uses BigBlueButton for live classes, and we are experiencing a critical and recurring microphone issue during live sessions.
Issue description:
During live classes, the microphone repeatedly disconnects and reconnects automatically. This affects both teachers and students and occurs across multiple courses and groups.
Observed behavior:
When a participant (teacher or student) starts speaking, their microphone begins to turn on and off repeatedly.
If the participant clicks the microphone button several times attempting to fix the issue, the audio session appears to enter a loop or lock state.
After rejoining the session, the microphone may temporarily stabilize, but the same behavior then occurs with the next speaker.
The issue seems to move from one active speaker to another.
Scope of the issue:
Affects multiple teachers and students
Occurs in different courses and groups
Happens on different devices and networks
Cameras are often disabled, but the issue persists
The behavior is consistent with WebRTC audio reconnection or server-side audio instability
Based on these observations, this does not appear to be a local device or browser configuration issue, but rather a BigBlueButton audio server stability problem.
This issue significantly disrupts live teaching and communication during lessons.
We kindly ask you to investigate the audio service stability on the BigBlueButton side and advise on possible causes or solutions.
