Hi 

I am getting this error help to fix it ..

 nginx: [emerg] cannot load certificate "/etc/letsencrypt/live/Domain.com/fullchain.pem": BIO_new_file() failed (SSL: error:020010>

basisbit  i tried  it still same issue pasted the error below.

sudo bbb-conf --check (error i am getting:curl: (7) Failed to connect to domain.com port 443: Connection refused)

nginx —————————— - fail start

root@domal:~# systemctl status nginx.service

Yes certificate exists all files the file are there in the path, this is fresh new installation of bbb with Greenlight.

How did you install BigBlueButton (using bbb-install.sh, or some other method)?  Did you get any errors during install?

I just followed the step from this link (https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.5/install.html) , no error was given while installing .

Maybe you just censored your own domain, but your errors reference `domain.com` both upper and lowercase and you probably do not own that domain. If you were actually installing BBB with `-s domain.com` than that obviously cannot work. Are you sure that /etc/letsencrypt/live/<whatever-your-actual-domain-is>/fullchain.pem really exists and is not just a dead symlink? The errors are quire clear. nginx cannot open that file, so it is hard to beliueve that you checked that correctly. How did you verify that these files exists?
