Bigbluebutton problem with Chamilo

Hello good morning ladies and gentlemen.


I comment on my problem, if someone could give me a hand or any kind of help, I would be very grateful.



I have Chamilo and Bigbluebutton each on 1 Ubuntu Server, both have version 16.04 (LTS) -Stable. The BBB I have it with DMZ, the 2 that I have works 100%. Bigbluebutton I have 2 types in Virtual Machine recently installed and well configured at the factory / as if I were a virgin woman hahahahahaha, one bbb I have it normal without greenlight and the other with greenlight. My problem is the following, when in chamilo I put the data of the bigbluebutton (its secret / salt and the domain name either a bbb or the other bbb) when I click on it to open a conference, it keeps thinking about the tab that in theory should take me to the bigbluebutton room or session. I have tried to put (the domain name, the public IP, the private IP, that is, everything possible and by credit). And I can not get him to take me to the room / session because the tab is thinking and chamilo crashes a good time.

Hi from an official Chamilo provider.
The official plugin for BBB in Chamilo works, we have several customers.
So the error has to be either in the given URL in the plugin, or the BBB server doesn't respond correctly.

Please check your BBB server with:
bbb-conf --secret -> copy the api mate url in your browser and create a meeting manually.
Does this work?

Also: Chamilo in it's actual version should at least run with PHP7.x

Thank you very much for your quick response and offer to help me.

I have chamilo running on php 7.2 or 7.3. Then the salt / secret is that of the bbb. But in the link that chamilo offers to copy, I observe k it puts the domain of bbb, as I put in the plugin configuration, I have created rooms and meetings but it does not link well to the server, I don't know why the room does not open well, it opens me a tab but it keeps thinking.

I hope you can give me some hints or how can I find out why the data does not fit me well, I have a bbb in a VPS and when I put the data it works well, but the bbb that I have in local does not. I am thinking of installing the same version that I have in chamilo in the vps, it works on php 7.3.9 since the ult. 7.4 gives a lot of problems. Data of my Servers in Local (Chamilo in local in fiber network of 400 mb) and (BBB in local in fiber network of 1GB) =

99.111.555.111 = public ip of my chamilo that is installed locally, on a 400 mb fiber network in Orange.

192.168.250.99 = local ip of my chamilo on my 400mb Orange fiber network.

https://mydomain.bbb.com = my domain pointing to the local BBB that is on my other 1GB Orange fiber.

I put the data of the BBB of my VPS and it works the first time, I put the data of my BBB in local and it doesn't work. I have some headaches of not understanding why it does not work, if I can access both servers locally, but when I put the data from my local bbb in my local chamilo it does not work. I hope someone has passed this on to you and can try to help me. Thanks to the 2 people for trying to help me, but I still haven't managed to fix it.
