This cannot be reduced by 'echo cancellation' in BBB because it is not an echo of any signal BBB would know about. Tell your participants to use headphones/headsets or disable their microphone while watching. As a moderator, you can disable individual microphones quickly if you notice any issues.
Hi all,seems that when a presenter shares a youtube video the outgoing audio seems to feed back through all microphones that are open. Non of the participants were using a headset which is at least part of the problem. I was wondering if anything has changed with regards to echo cancellation or if there are any ways to mitigate this issue.Thanks!
