fairblue (Interpretation feature) integration

Hi, I'm Martin from fairkom. We are developing fairblue, a modified BBB with support for simultaneous interpretation. The feature is widely used by our clients and we would like to contribute it to the upstream version. There has already been an attempt at this (https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/pull/13693) which targeted version 2.3, but in the meanwhile, the codebase has changed quite a bit and has become more modular. Where possible, we tried to separate the fairblue code from the vanilla BBB code. This should make the integration easier.

Our latest fairblue version is based on BBB 2.5.2, which works well except when using the experimental two-way mic connections (https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.5/new.html#two-way-microphone-connections-using-mediasoup). Our proposal would be that we aim to integrate fairblue in BBB 2.7, using the time until that release to integrate fairblue properly and as modular as possible. It's probably best to directly target the 'develop' branch this time, but we might ask for your support on specific integration problems. Especially the switch to mediasoup might pose a challenge and it's probably a good idea to make that a coordinated effort.
