Changing BigBlueButton Page Title and Favicon

Hello together,

i try to adapt Bigbluebutton to run inside a div, the problem that i
got is very trivial.

Bigbluebutton always sets the Page/Tab Title to Bigbluebutton and its
own favicon.

Could you give me a hint where in the Sources i can change that
behaviour?

Hi Basisklasse,

Do you refer to the title that appears in the demo page or the page where is the flex app? for being a little specific, which one:

a) http://<bigbluebutton-server>/

b) http://<bigbluebutton-server>/client/BigBlueButton.html

if it's the first one, you can find the files in your local installation in /var/www/bigbluebutton-default, or if you have a local repo here: https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/tree/master/bigbluebutton-config/web

the other one, it's not setted the title...

thanks for your answer.

Actually i dont use the demo, and i created my own Bigbluebutton.html

The title and favicon have to be set by the Flex Client because i dont
use the nginx at all (except for tunneling). The client is served by
another custom server.....

Does anyone have a clue where those values are set in the client?
I found some entries with pagetitle in the locales, but that wasnt the
problem....i really cant find it....

There are various places where pageTitle was mentioned. I am not sure
which change , but I was able to get the page Title to change to
something else. Places you can look at

pageTitle in BigBlueButton.mxml
bbb.pageTitle in the locale resouce property
The html file that loads your flash objects
lib/bbb_blinker.js in your web directory

I think the setting in the html file and the bbb_blinker.js is
responsible for the Title Page.
