WEBrtc connection :1002 MS Azure VM

Hi, 
I configured the bigbluebutton on Azure VM successfully. Everything is working but when join session with microphone, cannot make connection to webrtc error 1002 appears. 
I have done all the changes suggested to make in case behind firewall document but still not able to make it work..

Please help

Did you open TCP 7443 in the firewall?

Yes , I have opened the port 7443 and its listning.

Your wss-binding should be set to "52.189.236.89:7443"

Thanks much chad. audio issue have been resolved. 
But now media could not reach server error appeared.
Need your kind help

You probably need to add a STUN server to your Kurento configuration http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.2/configure-firewall.html#extra-steps-when-server-is-behind-nat
