HI, I use bbb few month and sometimes not all webinars anfter automatic recording appear. After it doesnt appear I just make tointernal, toextenal, rebuild commands, but now one recorded webinar still not available. Will be appreciate, if somebody will help to find out the way of understanding this problem.

It looks like the process step succeeded, which means that it must be
the publish step that is failing. Please share the contents of
/var/log/bigbluebutton/presentation/publish-f520178802ff80f1bf30ea953e14dd3ca30af99b-1571154249016.log

Huh. According to that log, the recording format successfully processed
and published. It should be showing up just fine, are you sure it's not
there?
Running
zgrep f520178802ff80f1bf30ea953e14dd3ca30af99b-1571154249016 /var/log/bigbluebutton/bbb-rap-worker.log*
might provide more insights as to what happened.
