BigBlueButton 3.0.0-beta.4 released!

We are pleased to announce BigBlueButton 3.0.0-beta.4!

In this iteration we have included various passable parameters and plugin hooks to help BigBlueButton support wider spectrum of use cases. Multiple fixes are also included. Chat messages improvements like threads, editing, reactions and moderating were merged but are not enabled by default yet (some work remains for recording, documenting etc). Expect more updates in that area in the next beta.

At my site the Gladia transcription stopped to work. I did upgrading, not a de novo installation. 

A report about this problem is posted at bbb-trancription-controller github,

https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bbb-transcription-controller/issues/16

but it could also be a problem in other components.
