FreeSWITCH is one of the key components of BBB.
I've read in FreeSWITCH documentation that recommended ULIMIT settings for FreeSWITCH maximum performance are a bit different compare to what I have after BBB installation.
Here are recommended settings:

ulimit -c unlimited # The maximum size of core files created.
ulimit -d unlimited # The maximum size of a process's data segment.
ulimit -f unlimited # The maximum size of files created by the shell (default option)
ulimit -i unlimited # The maximum number of pending signals
ulimit -n 999999 # The maximum number of open file descriptors.
ulimit -q unlimited # The maximum POSIX message queue size
ulimit -u unlimited # The maximum number of processes available to a single user.
ulimit -v unlimited # The maximum amount of virtual memory available to the process.
ulimit -x unlimited # ???
ulimit -s 240 # The maximum stack size
ulimit -l unlimited # The maximum size that may be locked into memory.
And I've got the following settings for ulimit -a:
core file size (blocks, -c) 0
data seg size (kbytes, -d) unlimited
scheduling priority (-e) 0
file size (blocks, -f) unlimited
pending signals (-i) 15632
max locked memory (kbytes, -l) 64
max memory size (kbytes, -m) unlimited
open files (-n) 1024
pipe size (512 bytes, -p) 8
POSIX message queues (bytes, -q) 819200
real-time priority (-r) 0
stack size (kbytes, -s) 8192
cpu time (seconds, -t) unlimited
max user processes (-u) 15632
virtual memory (kbytes, -v) unlimited
file locks (-x) unlimited
Should I change my settings to recommended by FreeSWITCH community? What will be impact of changing them? Can they negatively impact other BBB processes? I'm running BBB on 8 cores with 4GB of RAM.
