Videos uploaded to the Bigbluebutton server work in iPhone Safari, but not in the Scalelite presentation.
The video files are saved as MP4 files. The Scalelite server has all the saved files copied.
The error I'm getting is: "“The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”"
What do you think is causing the problem?

The source of the problem was Cloudflare. Here's a solution for those experiencing this type of issue:
- Bypass Media Files on Cloudflare (Most Accurate)
- Bypass Media Files on Cloudflare (Most Accurate)
Go to Cloudflare Dashboard → Rules > Page Rules (or URL Rules in the new version).
Add:
