Hi,
in this confinement period, we use BBB for official faculty meetings (we are in France). During these meetings, we need to do some formal voting and by law some of these must be secret ballots. We wanted to use the poll facility of BBB but the problem is that the moderator can see single votes. We do not need a high level of secrecy, just disabling the display of single votes on the moderator screen would be enough. Is it possible to do it? If not I (or some other colleague, we are a CS department) can try to patch the program to do it but I would need some pointer to where I should start from.

Thanks a lot in advance and for the great work

Excellent, thanks a lot. I will install a version in which the line {userAnswers} is replaced by some message just for the official faculty meetings. It may be interesting to have an option in the room settings to do it (well maybe I will give a crack at it when all this mess of covid is over)

Thank you very much for this thread. It also helped me. However, I have an additional question. Is it possible to find the snippet of program code in which voting prompts are sent to meeting participants? I would like to specify who can vote. Guests also can participate in the meetings (without voting rights). Based on the full name and regular expression - e.g. / ^ G \ s / i want to send or not the  voting prompts.
