Problem with the "load a presentation" feature and presentation display

Hello community,

I'm glad to be integrated, I inherited a BBB server in my new mission, and I have a problem... ^^

We can open meetings, with sound, video, screen sharing ok, etc... but the presentation functionality no longer works.

I look at the error messages with bbb-conf --check and bbb-conf --debug but I have trouble interpreting the errors and especially how to solve them...

open to all constructive ideas ;)

Server certificate issues. Follow:

apt-get remove certbot
apt-get install snapd
snap install --classic certbot
ln -s /snap/bin/certbot /usr/bin/certbot
certbot renew --force-renewal --cert-name mybbb.server.com --preferred-chain "ISRG Root X1"
sudo /etc/init.d/nginx restart

How did you succeed? The best option is to install version 2.4!

That was the problem, well done.

I think I heard about a worldwide problem with Let's Encrypt a month or two ago, and I've been running into this presentation problem since that outage I think.

However I didn't get the information very quickly, is there a channel to recommend for all BBB topics? Other than here?
