Below are the answers to your questions.
1. What version were you using before?
Ans: BBB version: 2.6.9
1b. Did you experience any of these issues before?
Ans: No
2. Are your users on restricted networks that require TURN servers to connect?
Ans: I'm not sure.
3. Are you able to reproduce the issue yourself?
Ans: Yes we are but not always
3a. Are you able to reproduce it with one of your users?
Ans: Yes we are but not always
3b. Are you able to then use our demo servers (you both connect to the same session) and able to reproduce the disconnection there?
Ans: No. We were not able to check it as we can't ask our students to join this meeting.
4. Is it happening to some users/all users?
Ans: Only when some particular users are in the meeting, especially I guess when IOS or Mac users are in the meeting and then when the tutor tries to share her screen she isn't able to share. During that time I tried sharing from other meeting links and the share option was not available anywhere all throughout the server. Once the meeting ended I ran "bbb-conf --check". Then when I checked sharing I was able to share in all the meeting links.
5. What is a "longer period of time" -- a few minutes, a few hours?
Ans: During some meetings when the teacher tries to share her screen for more than 1 or 2 minutes the whole audio and video gets disconnected and gets connected back immediately.
Currently, we moved from 2.7.1 to BBB version 2.6.14 and we have not faced any issues with this version for the last 2 days in any of the classes
