Connecting to Freeswitch directly

If we want to develop native apps for iOS and windows, would it be possible to connect to the freeswitch server directly so that it can be done natively, i.e., without relying on webview at least for the audio part?

Maybe you can add a number and perform a call to freeswitch, it can fit what are you looking for,
