The source code for the meeting dashboard is in the https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton repository, in the bigbluebutton-html5 directory.

Sir,

     I am developing (ubuntu server side) a bigbluebutton web application and I need to change the css of the above meeting page (like color ,fonts and positioning of elements ). This meeting page UI (HTML and CSS), does it feteches from the ubuntu server(that I am developing)  or from the web, because I didn't find the UI (html css pages) in the ubuntu server, if not from the outside of the my own server ,then where are the associated files.

Give yourself some time to walk through setting up a development environment and building the BigBlueButton client from source.  This will give you the ability to make changes in the client.

It's generally bad form to post a request and ask others to volunteer their time to help you ASAP without going through the existing documentation.  We wrote the developer documentation to help others understand the architecture of BigBlueButotn and how to make changes.  That is the best place to start before asking questions on development.
