Bidbluebutton error 1102 with share screeen

Hello,
Can anyone help me with this question?
I have already install bbb version 2.6.1and everything is good but when i try to make screen sharing , this error appeared  (error 1102 could not share screen)
Why?

That's a very old version of BigBlueButton -- we are currently on 2.6.14.  Is it possible for you to upgrade first and try again?

Also, can you try testing against

  https://test.bigbluebutton.org/

and see if you get the same error.  Are you also able to share webcam (the sharing of webcams and screenshare are handled by the same back-end).

I'm really sorry. It seems I made a mistake in writing the correct version. I downloaded 2.6.14 and had the same problem.
I tried the attached link, but I did not have any problem with it

what do you think the problem is?

Are you able to share webcams without error?  Do you get the 1102 error when using both FireFox and Chrome?

I am able to share webcams but it appears like this , but share screen dose not work .
I try it on firefox and chrome and still dose not work.

Do you have an error log or something, it's hard to find the problem with the current description. I often have the same problem when ip or ssl is misconfigured. If you can't find the error log, please add a link to your website here.
