Pop Up Screen for Participants

Hello Everyone,

I'm seeking suggestions for implementing a pop-up screen feature for users. My aim is to open a window on each user's screen to display individualized content. It could resemble a message box but should persist on their screen until they opt to close it. Essentially, I'm looking for a private message-like display that appears directly on their screen rather than as a typical notification.
You may have some advice on changing the private message feature, implementing something, or APIs.

I would appreciate any ideas you have on this matter.

3.0 will have a plugin sdk, and there is a custom pop window planned for this release.

Doing it now in 2.X is more difficult.   you could add javascript ( in html5 headers)  that looks at the username in the html5 client and fetches the data on join.  if you need just text you could push a private chat to each user server side

Thank you for getting back to me.

My idea is to allow moderators to show a pop-up screen to specific users without asking them.
The main idea is close to the private chat, but I was considering the possibility of pop-up screens.
For now, I will use a chatbox. 
In the future, if someone has an interest in this topic, I am open to help and talk more about it.
