default presentation not shown

Hi there,

I do have a problem not seeing the default presentation independent if I use my own or the default. I can upload one by greenlight and also use presentations.

bbb-web.log shows:

2021-09-16T19:04:52.967Z ERROR o.b.p.DocumentConversionServiceImp - Presentation upload failed for meetingId=

2021-09-16T19:04:52.967Z ERROR o.b.p.DocumentConversionServiceImp - Presentation upload fail reasons [failed_to_download_file]

What can I do to fix this?
