presentation disappeared and whiteboard can't shown (2.2.3)

Hi,

i installed via bbb-install.sh

Instalitaion is successfull.

My web cam and voice are successfull connect.

There is an error only i can't see my presentation. 

I can upload but i can't see so i can't use whiteboard.

I finished "final steps" configurations.

I think it may be about "java".

I am looking my demo page and there is "500 error"

Secondly, do you know maxiumum users limit? there are 450 people who want contact via bigbluebutton. I am using moodle for integration.

You'll want a minimum of 8 cores and ~16 GB of RAM for your server. You might get enough users on that if you don't have more than one webcam per meeting.

Also you problem is because your server can't access resources on its own server. Note the errors about not being able to connect in the --check output. You might be able to add an entry to your hosts file to resolve your domain to 127.0.0.1. It could also be a certificate issue. Running "wget https://<your_domain>/bigbluebutton/api" will likely tell you what's wrong.

thank you i wil ltry this. i am installed to another server temporarily, there is no problem now. I think it is related about server but i dont know what is problem.

"One webcam" is not enough sometimes. You are right very resources..

I am using Moodle. I see some websites, there are "max 100 users" for bigbluebutton. What do you think about?

Hi, 

There may be a problem with the presentation file you uploaded. If your presentation file is PDF, re-create the PDF in a different program. Or you can record the meeting and browse the files in the presentation folder. If the files did not occur, the presentation file probably could not be converted.

i changed my VDS server and then it is working now.

i think it is about firewall, kernel or SSL configuration.

change your server or pay attention about server details. For example, 4cpu 8gb ram, kernel issues, UDP issues..
