Limiting recording to only moderator's cam

Good afternoon all,

Does the option/parameter exist to only record moderators cams and not all the students?

In our current privacy based society, i would think something would have been implemented but can find nothing for v3, GDPR etc

We primarily use the moodle plugin, so a global server option may be better, if one exists.
