Difficulty in settting up the dev environment

Hii I am having some confusion in setting up the development environment of bbb. I have been doing it on docker container so as the step mentioned in the guide i have forked and cloned the repo from github and now i have to install bbb server. I have microsoft azure server on which i can host it after that will the whole application will visible on that domain ????? . and after that to make changes in that do we have to follow the guide for developing html5 client ,developing bbb-web and nginx etc.. please clear my doubt or give a simple path for setup.

Greetings Ayushman,
Why are you trying to setup the development environment on Microsoft Azure? I think we can set it up on the a VM server locally.
I am writing this to know if you came across any such thing in this timeframe? If so were you able to make a local development server?
It would be great if you could give some clarification on this.
