Install BigBlueButton 2.4 error

When I install BigBlueButton 2.4 on Ubuntu 18.04 and see an issue:
Fetching: rubygems-update-3.4.6.gem (100%)
ERROR:  Error installing rubygems-update:
        There are no versions of rubygems-update (= 3.4.6) compatible with your Ruby & RubyGems
        rubygems-update requires Ruby version >= 2.6.0. The current ruby version is 2.5.0.

I have to manual install rubygems-update and re-install bigbluebutton every things work ok.

Hope someone who has the same problem can fix it. But, It's perfect if can fix in script bbb-install.sh

The fix is get on 20.04 and use 2.5 or 2.6.   Bunch of security issues with 2.4 and not maintained anymore.
