What playback format are you viewing and which part in particular is blurry?

Thanks for sharing a link to a recording. The blurry part is the screenshare video. If you upload a presentation and view that it will be better quality. The screenshare video was very blurry and indecipherable though. Was the quality that bad in the live meeting? Also, was the screensharing done with WebRTC or Java screenshare? There was a WebRTC quality issue with Chrome and Win10 that I think was resolved in one of the 2.0 release candidates. If it's WebRTC screensharing you could also try Firefox and see if it's any better.

Chad,
They were screensharing an Intranet website and not a video.  They were using WEBRTC screenshare although I don't know yet if they have Windows 10.  I will find out.  I am on the Mconf 1.1
If they use FF then they cannot upload a document into their library.

The actual content of the screenshare doesn't really matter because no matter what the stream is a video. The presenter was using Win 10, you can tell from the taskbar style. It leads me to believe that it's the Chrome+Win10 quality issue. The only part I'm not sure about is what version the individual Mconf components are. You might want to ask on their group about the issue. Mconf contributed the screenshare video work so they'll know exactly what you mean when you say "Chrome+Win 10 screenshare is blurry".

Hi Kevin,

Could we get you to do a quick screen sharing recording test on

using the same computer.  We would be interested to see if the quality is different.

This server is running the latest build of BigBlueButton 2.0.

Regards,.. Fred
