Richard and team,

  Since you are working on an integration API to be used by third party applications, I have put together a proposed spec (first draft) for the API.  There are a couple of key differences to the AdhocController that you are working on - specifically that it will not require the client application to store the internal meeting tokens.  I think that this is critical for adoption.

  Can you review and perhaps we could discuss some on the phone tomorrow (easier to discuss) and then I can post the results of our discussions back as an updated version?

  Also, I do not mind writing the code for this API myself and submitting it.  I could base it on the AdhocController and service that you created.  Let's discuss that as well.  I would not be much assistance on the desktop share, but this is a piece of the code that I could definitely tackle, especially with your assistance.

I have just committed to my branch a first draft of the API that implements a single method - create.  In the next day or two I will implement the join method and a backing dynamic meeting service that will allow this API to actually be used for beta testing.
