Launch bbb in localhost without internet access

I want to Launch bbb in my local network without internet access but as it seems in first time loading meeting it downloads something from some web sites so in local network i could not load it, there is any one that know what files does it download? or where can i change download server path ? i want download files and locate theirs on my server and set it path to downloads from that path
is this possible to do?
