some time geting error invalidMeetingIdentifier, when joining meeting

Hello All,

I have installed BBB 0.81 on my server and its installed without any error. but when I am trying to joining single meeting many time then geting a error invalidMeetingIdentifier some time. I am using PHP to integrate the BBB and i am taking help from http://www.omarshammas.com/bbbapibuddy  for the call generation. and i m getting below response from server when i m getting that error.
Please help me to understand what is going wrong.

We're still in development of 0.81-dev and have not announced beta, so whatever you try with 0.81 may break.  We don't recommend anyone to use BigBlueButton 0.81-dev at this point until we release beta.

Can you swap out your 0.81-dev server with the release of 0.80 and let us know if you get the same errors.

If you don't have a server on which to install 0.80, recommend you download and run the BigBlueButton VM.  See

Hello fred,

I had a machine with BBB 0.8 and there was the same error. Because of that i upgraded it to 0.81.
I did lots of searching for,how to change the version of BBB but i am not getting. So please help me how change it to 0.8.

Hi Sam,

The problem is likely how you are calling the BigBlueButton API.  Can you try using the built-in API example demo1.jsp, which does the simplest type of join.

As you try it, you can see the parameters passed in tailing bbb-web.log (as you had posted).  You can join the same conference multiple times using demo1.jsp.

Next, try making a similar series of calls from you PHP code.  If they fail, look closely at the parameters passed in the create and join URLs.  The differences will give you clues as to why your API calls are returning errors.

By comparing a working and non-working set of API calls, this is the best way to understand what is going wrong.

I cross checked my call with demo1.jsp call, i think its going right but I am geting this error(invalidMeetingIdentifier) when trying to create and join Removed non-joined meeting. I am getting a error like [grails.app.controller.org.bigbluebutton.web.controllers.ApiController] - ApiController#invalid when I am joining deleted meeting.

Recommend you always call 'create' before returning a join URL to the user.  The 'create' call is idempotent: you can call it multiple times with the same parameters without side effects.

Using this approach, the first person who joins actually creates the meeting (then you return back the join URL).  When the second person joins, the meeting is actually already running, so the 'create' API call returns success.  

Doing the above will ensure that the meeting does not existing on the BigBlueButton server until the first person joins.  This way, the meeting will not expire after five minutes of inactivity.

I got the cause for the problem.It was the white space in the URL parameter.now i removed all white spaces from the url and every thing working fine.
