Greenlight v2.9.2 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of Greenlight v2.9.2

What's new:

• Fixed issue causing recordings not to appear on the All Recordings page for users with a lot of rooms
• Fixed permission denied issue on start
• Updated docker commands to avoid deprecated arguments
• Updated languages
