how force reload edited client js

I've edited

\usr\share\meteor\bundle\programs\web.browser\<version-hash>.js

and need to force reload it using something like

<script src=https://devbbb.free-byte.ru/html5client/<version-hash>.js?meteor_js_resource=true></script>

on server side (not using Ctrl+F5) but change

?meteor_js_resource=true

to

?meteor_js_resource=true&t=<current-date-time>

so how can I do it?

And what is \usr\share\meteor\bundle\programs\web.browser\program.json for?

There is hash and js file path etc.
