Hi guys,

I am having the following error after upgrading from 2.2 to BBB 2.3 on ubuntu 18.04

Turn server one installation command - wget -qO- https://ubuntu.bigbluebutton.org/bbb-install.sh | bash -s -- -c turn.xxx.com:1234abcd -e in...@example.com

BBB server two installation command - wget -qO- https://ubuntu.bigbluebutton.org/bbb-install.sh | bash -s -- -v bionic-23 -s bbb.xxx.com -e in...@example.com -c turn.xxx.com:1234abcd

The results

Hi,

are you running a Stun/Turn Server at the given ip address (172.217.212.127)?
is the port (19302) on the stun/turn Server open (not blocked by a firewall)?

have you tried the trickle ICE web page (https://plugin.temasys.io/demo/src/content/peerconnection/trickle-ice/)?
