hello everybody 

i have BBB server in digital ocean but i face this error with some of the participant 

i  tryed soo mony solutions but no one works for me 

is there anyone who can help me in that plz

Hello,

PLease use a FREESWITCH based dedicated server to avoid the above kind of issues. Last year we faced the same issue and we reinstalled it on the Softlayer IBM server and the error vanished. Try the same from your end to see the good things. SHare your results after you use it.

With “some” of users getting 1007, you simply need to run a coturn server along with the bbb server to allow users behind restrictive firewalls.

If it was a BBB config issue, “ALL”: users would not connect..   Digital Ocean is used commercially to host many BBB servers, and the larger instances provide some dedicated cores.

 

bbb-install can also install a coturn server for you with one command.. on fresh 20.04 Ubuntu
