BigBlueButton 2.3.13 released

We are pleased to announce BigBlueButton 2.3.13!

This 2.3.x release includes several fixes and stability improvements as well as two [disabled by default] improvements.

If the name of the presentation file is in Cyrillic (in Russian), then the system hangs when loading the file.
The file becomes inactive. You can select it for display only after refreshing the page.
And the title is displayed incorrectly.

what could be a reason that my standard.pdf which I defined by

gets not loaded?
