restrict chat from viewers

currently BBB allows moderators to Lock out participants from sending private or public chats, but the participants can still see public chats.

Is there a way to further restrict  participants from see the public chats at all?

What would be nice is a way that some of the participants could use the public chat to send messages to each other as a group chat, while other participants cannot see the public chat at all.

A few of ways to accomplish this might be:

1. moderators can Lock certain participants completely out of public chat so that cant send or see any public messages. this would be the most granular option.

2. option public chat is restricted to moderators only, viewers can't send or see public chats.

3.  option to create another group chat for selected participants only.

Hello Again,

I just wanted to clarify that the Lock Viewers dialog could add an option that "Hides Public chat messages" as a toggle which would prevent viewers from seeing the public chat dialog completely if selected (with no option to open the public chat dialog), effectively making it a moderator only public chat.

Please let me know if there is any interest in adding such a feature in the future.
