We're testing the VoIP now in 0.63, so we're very interested in any
problems that are found. When finding an issue, could you provide the
following:
1. The version (0.62 or latest build of 0.63) and the build of
BigBlueButton you are running (i.e. 3129)
2. Any errors in log files. In 0.63, we've extended bbb-conf to help
search for error messages in log files. You can type
bbb-conf -d
to save this to a file
bbb-conf -d > save.txt
3. Your current setup (one computer, two computers, etc.)
4. (Most important) Steps to reproduce this problem.
If we can reproduce the problem, there's an excellent change we can
(a) fix it and (b) be sure we fixed it by running through the steps.
Also, it's going to be easier to keep track of problems if you can
enter the above in our issue tracking system. Rest assured, the
BigBlueButton developers follow both the forums and issue tracking
database with equal interest, so it won't be missed if you open an
issue.
