User can login to Meetme but no sound

After test with user two day. Here
a. asterisk meetme can register BBB user to asterisk. but no sound in
room
asterisk log show normal.
b. after that user can not login to meetme(hang)

We're testing the VoIP now in 0.63, so we're very interested in any
problems that are found. When finding an issue, could you provide the
following:
1. The version (0.62 or latest build of 0.63) and the build of
BigBlueButton you are running (i.e. 3129)
2. Any errors in log files. In 0.63, we've extended bbb-conf to help
search for error messages in log files. You can type
bbb-conf -d
to save this to a file
bbb-conf -d > save.txt
3. Your current setup (one computer, two computers, etc.)
4. (Most important) Steps to reproduce this problem.
If we can reproduce the problem, there's an excellent change we can
(a) fix it and (b) be sure we fixed it by running through the steps.
Also, it's going to be easier to keep track of problems if you can
enter the above in our issue tracking system. Rest assured, the
BigBlueButton developers follow both the forums and issue tracking
database with equal interest, so it won't be missed if you open an
issue.

Ok Fred. I will provide all information. I use and test on asterisk
before. I wonder that I can log in conference. Asterisk log is nice
but no sound. by this error where i should look in to an error log
file.
I use redhat 5.4 so no command "bbb-conf-d"
My Manual installation on Redhat
I install 0.62 from CentOs Wiki Installation and bring bring
"bigbluebutton.war" from VM0.63 (rev on 21dec) and I also tar /var/
www/bigbluebutton/client from VM and put into my Redhat 5.4 (Manual
Migration to Redhat 5.4)
I think i not complete because
1 On VM0.63 you improve on file types already > but not work on
Redhat Yet
2 I use asterisk 1.4.27
