effective_caller_id_name doesn't update Caller-Caller-ID-Name

This may help someone.  We wanted the user coming into the conference via PSTN to match up to their BBB name in the unified listing window.   

The effective_caller_id_name didn't work properly

So we ended up using:   set_profile_var(caller_id_name=p8005247-bbbID-Geoff)

Use app set_profile_var to set caller_id_name instead.

I see from the channel variables it is being set:

variable_export_vars: effective_caller_id_name
variable_effective_caller_id_name: test

But the Caller-Caller-ID-Name variable doesn't get updated after the
call gets bridged to the conference room.

Is there a different way I should be doing this?
