BigBlueButton 2.5.0-beta.2 released!

We are pleased to announce BigBlueButton 2.5.0-beta.2!

This beta iteration of BigBlueButton 2.5 includes multiple fixes and a few packaging and configuration improvements.

Note that it runs on Ubuntu Focal (20.04). If you have a BigBlueButton version earlier than alpha.5, please check the alpha.5 release notes as they contain imporant information on upgrading.

I have found a mistake.
Telephone participants are not hidden when they have left the conference.
Other videoconference participants are properly hidden once they have left the session.

Check this out.

Thanks for reporting this. I have opened an issue for this on GitHub - https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/issues/14969 so we can properly address this for one of the coming 2.5.x releases.
