moodle bigbluebuttonbn welcome message default

Hi,


we do need to set a default for the welcome message in BigbLueButton
rooms created via moodle, which will be used, if the teachers do not
enter required privacy warnings etc.

Therefore we added a welcome_default to the config section of the plugin.

We will push a pullRequest for it later today, so this is available to
others, that may have the same problem.


hope it can be included in the upcoming version.
